You will be given a unique username and password for access to the hub. For security measures, we will contact you directly with your username and password.

How do I earn Perk Points?

How do I earn Perk Points?

For every $10 you spend on marketing your business with our foundation services, you receive 1 perk point. These foundation services include (but are not limited to):

  • Your Blogs
  • Added Content to the Website
  • Your Emails
  • Your Social Media Posts
  • The Graphics for Print Creatives (does not include print product cost)
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads (management, only)
  • When you pay for your monthly optimization

Your points will be applied on or around the 1st of each month, depending on the day of the week. Points are added as follows:

  • If the 1st of the month falls on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, the points for the previous month are applied that day.
  • If the 1st of the month falls on a Friday or Saturday, points for the previous month are applied the Thursday before.
  • If the 1st is a Sunday, points for the previous month are applied on the following Monday.

Yes, you can view your current Perk Points balance at any time by logging into the ICI Client Perk Points Hub. Your balance will be displayed on the home page or the top of your Account page info.

How do I redeem my Perk Points for products or services?

How do I redeem my Perk Points for products or services?

We are creating a video tutorial that will guide you through the process of redeeming your points. Additionally, we will be holding live sessions to walk you through the hub and answer any questions. In the meantime, simply log into your account, go to “Enter The Hub” in the menu, select the product or service you want, add it to your Cart and go to the Cart, proceed through the checkout, and you’re done! The points will be automatically applied in checkout, so you can see how many you are using.

At this time, the Hub is only set up to implement Perk Points to redeem the product or service you would like to receive. If you do not have enough points, you will need to wait until you accumulate the required amount.

Perk Points can only be redeemed for the products and services available on the ICI Client Perk Points Hub. You cannot combine points with other offers or discounts, nor can you use points for cash back or towards previous purchases.

Perk Points are not transferable. They can only be used by the account holder.

Are all products and services always available for redemption?

The availability of products and services may change from time to time. Some items may be seasonal or have limited availability. Be sure to check the ICI Client Perk Points Hub regularly for new offerings.

Will I be notified when I earn Perk Points?

Yes, you will receive a notification each month about how many points you have earned. You can also log in to the hub at any time to check your balance.

What happens if I cancel my services with ICI?

If you cancel your services with ICI, your Perk Points will stop accumulating, and your access to the Hub will be discontinued. Any remaining Perk Points will no longer be available.

No, Perk Points cannot be used to pay for your ongoing services. They are only redeemable for products and services available on the ICI Client Perk Points Hub.

Yes, each product or service on the Perk Points Hub has a specific point value. You must have enough points in your account to cover the full value of the item you wish to redeem.

We will periodically send out updates via email and through our social media channels about new products or services added to the hub. Be sure to follow us to stay updated!

Is it possible to purchase a product that is available in the Perk Points Hub?

I like one of the products that is in the Perk Points Hub and really can’t wait until I accumulate the points I need. Is it possible to purchase the product?

You are more than welcome to purchase any of the services that are part of the Perk Points Hub. The purchase value is indicated in the lower right corner of each product. Contact us to discuss what you are interested in purchasing.
